Refund Policy

Monthly services

Monthly management fees are billed in advance and cover work for that month. Fees for a month in which work has started are non-refundable. You may cancel future months with 30 days written notice.

Projects

Project work (websites, branding, video) is billed in milestones. Advance payments for milestones not yet started can be refunded, less any third-party costs already incurred, if you cancel in writing.

Ad spend

Media spend is paid by you directly to Google, Meta and other platforms; refunds of ad spend are governed by those platforms’ policies.
